What to wear and what to bring.
Gym clothes are ideal, ie: tracksuit, tee shirt and trainers. For a closer to reality experience some people prefer to were jeans etc. This can be restricive in terms of kick training. It's up to yourself.
A gum shield and groin guard should at all times be worn.
(These are essential for higher level training of Krav Maga. On Introductory seminars, purchase may not yet be necessary, however you are strongly advised to do so!!)
Wrist and shin pads are also a good option although are less essential than other items.
Bring along plenty of bottled water.
